In February 2026, the Spacious Skies Campgrounds leadership team gathered in southern New Jersey for our annual Radical Cosmic Energy Retreat – a one-of-a-kind experience designed to energize, align, and inspire our team. This year’s campground onsite day was proudly hosted at Spacious Skies Country Oaks, setting the perfect backdrop for connection, collaboration, and a little cosmic fun.
These retreats are more than just meetings on a calendar. They’re a chance to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with one another, and realign with the deeper purpose behind what we do in outdoor hospitality.
Aligning Vision & Expanding Possibilities
This year’s retreat was packed with meaningful work and exciting forward momentum. We unveiled our new company vision and values—something we’re thrilled to share publicly very soon.
We also rolled up our sleeves for hands-on learning sessions, diving into impactful topics like:
- Retail strategy — exploring the future of our Cosmic Camp Stores (the next frontier!)
- Booking software optimization — with insights and support from Storable Newbook
And of course, no retreat would be complete without our legendary regional competition games—which, this year, were officially the zaniest on record.
