Spacious Skies Campgrounds was founded by Ali & Eric Rasmussen in the spring of 2021, two avid campers with the mission of creating a fresh camping brand to offer a consistently great camping experience for campers of all walks of life. A husband-and-wife led team, we take great pride in operating our locations with dedication to research and a personal touch. We will take care of your RV park with the same love and conviction that you have for so many years and would be honored for yours to be the next to join the Spacious Skies collection of campgrounds.

We are direct buyers for our own collection of campgrounds and can offer a quick and certain closing process with flexibility to meet your unique needs and circumstances. We ensure 100% confidentiality, can work with any closing timeframe, and commit to offering straightforward terms and pricing. We are real people who all have the same shared goals in mind. We love hearing the history of your park, touring with you around the campground, sitting by the campfire, or otherwise.

All Spacious Skies Campgrounds locations are managed in-house. Every general manager and team member is a Spacious Skies employee, entrusted to not just carry out our vision, but to contribute to the creation of it. Our headquarters leadership team is made up of experienced RVers and campground operators. Upon every sale and change-of-hands, you can count on members of our home office leadership to transition the property with you and your staff—we are as hands-on as can be (Ali, Eric, and their kids included!).
